Puppies
Occasionally we have puppies at Kimark. This is always a very exciting and busy time for us. We feel that proper puppy socialization is just as important in the breeding process as health testing and breeding toward the standard. We feel that puppies need a lot of hands on from the time they are born. We strive to provide that socialization by inviting lots of people to come over and play with them and by exposing them to a variety of situations before they leave for their new homes. Depending on the time of the year, we try to plan at least one overnight outing with "strangers in a strange place". Many of our puppies get to go for some time at the lake and our latest litter went to Mark's sister Cindy's house for a New Years Eve Party. Between family and friends, we try to have our puppies exposed to 100 different people. Puppy Socialization is my favorite part of being a breeder. They make us laugh every Day!
